Return, Exchange, & Shipping Policies
Wine Bodies® --- Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Policies
A. All new and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and with the original tags attached.
B. Include a copy of your order in your shipment, or write down your order number.
C. Ship your return to: Wine Bodies®, 4255 District Blvd, Vernon, CA 90058
We cannot be responsible for packages lost en route to our company.

E. Upon receipt of your item, we will issue a refund for the merchandise returned. All refunds will be for merchandise only. Additionally, every return is subject to a 5% restocking fee calculated on the total amount of the product and shipping.
F. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that is used or damaged.
G. If you received the item that you originally ordered, and want to exchange/return for refund, you are completely responsible for the shipping fees to get the item back to our company. If it is a mistake on our end, we will cover the shipping fees for you to get the item back to our company. *Shipping charges for the returned item are NOT refundable unless Wine Bodies® made an error in shipping your merchandise. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email or telephone before initiating your return.
H. After we receive and process your return, we will email confirmation. You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks after you ship the product back to us; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly-The 4 week time period includes:  transit time for us to receive your package from the shipper (5-10 business days);  time it takes to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days); and  time it takes the bank to process the refund request (5-10 business days).
I. Any defective product not reported to us within "4" days, will not qualify for return label. Please ensure to contact us ASAP for any defective item we will surely assist you with your inconvenience.
J. Wine Bodies® will not honor any typographical price errors or any price errors on any product on our website. If this does happen you will have the option to cancel the order.

E. Enclose EITHER (a) check, or (b) a money order for small parcels only, in the amount of:
1. US $9.99 for Domestic shipping
2.US $21.95 for Expedited shipping
3. US $31.95 for Next Day shipping.
F. Upon receipt of your item, we will process and ship your exchange item. It takes 2-3 business days to process and ship exchanges once we receive the returned item.
G. If you would like to receive the new item more quickly, simply return the item to us following the return procedure listed above. Then place a new order. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
H. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that is used or damaged.
K. If you are exchanging an item your restocking fee automatically cancels out.
Due to carriers schedule we are closed for Shipping and Customer Service on Christmas Eve, 12/24 and on Christmas Day 12/25. Those orders that would normally ship within 1 business day, including Expedited/Express orders, will not ship until 12/26.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
